The location was also fantastic, with shops, public transport, and restaurants nearby. Being close to the attractions we wanted to visit was a major plus. the staff were friendly and helpful, made our experience more enjoyable.
The breakfast was average and lacked fresh French cheese, a bit disappointing. There were also limited options for vegetarians, let alone vegans.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with clean towels and bedding provided. The hotel facilities were minimal and slightly outdated, but perfect for a budget traveler like us. The location was ideal, with several metro stops nearby, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they spoke English fluently.

My favourite property in Paris. Everything was great here - pleasant staff and brand-new rooms. Its location was very central, walking distance to College de France. The hotel was the best base for enjoying a quiet area.

The whole experience was very very good. Fairly clean place, efficient service, kind staff. Excellent room, comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. I appreciated the lunch in Kokoro Restaurant a short way from the hotel. Fast check-in was a bonus.

Great location, close to restaurants and attractions. The hotel room wassuper clean and cozy. I especially enjoyed the view of the Roman arena from my room. The staff, particularly Mr Clement, was friendly and helpful, providing excellent directions and recommendations. Despite a few minor drawbacks like no kettle in the room, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. my experience at Hotel Des Arenes was enjoyable and I would stay here again.

I recently stayed in a charming hotel in a pleasant area of Paris. The location was perfect, being very close to a Metro station in the stunning Latin Quarter. The hotel had comfortable rooms with all the necessary facilities, and the staff provided warm and friendly service. The nearby Rue Mouffetard and its market offered a delightful experience, and there were plenty of bistros and cafes to enjoy breakfast. Plus, the easy access to public transit made exploring the city a breeze.
The hotel had some issues with the elevator, causing inconvenience to guests.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the Latin Quarter. With its central location, it is the perfect base for exploring the historic center of Paris. The value for money is exceptional, especially considering the prices in this tourist area. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. The rooms are comfortable, with a great view over the Arènes. I loved waking up to the sight of the old Roman amphitheatre right outside my window. The breakfast spread was delicious, with options like scrambled eggs and sausages, perfect for a European tea.
